What to Expect in a Tarot Card Reading

​​Thank you for contacting me about a tarot card reading. Before our session, I want to share the information below, which explains how I work as a tarot reader and what you can expect from the reading. 

 

Intuitive tarot card readings offer an opportunity to gain valuable guidance and insight or validate something you are already aware of. These readings are not about predicting the future (fortune telling) but rather about helping you gain clarity on a situation and bringing about a new awareness for you.

 

Have you had a tarot reading before? Every tarot reader works differently, and every reading is unique. My reading style may differ from other readings you have had, so please try to avoid bringing any prior experiences into our session. It is also essential to have an open mind and allow the session to unfold as needed.

 

A tarot reading works best when specific questions are presented, as this will typically provide more details. Similarly, a vague question will result in ambiguous answers. For example, ‘should I look for a new job?’ is better rephrased as ‘show me the energy surrounding a potential new job.’ Yes and No questions don’t work well in tarot readings because there may be situations with the client that they are unaware of. For example, the tarot cards may indicate other things in their life that must be addressed first before looking for another job.

 

Fortunately, our lives are not pre-ordained (fate) or set in stone, as we all have ‘free will’ to make choices and take various actions that will lead to our desired outcomes. Think of a tarot reading as a friendly discussion to uncover the many layers to your question. We will discuss what the cards reveal and the potential paths for you. As you are in control of your future, I won't make decisions for you, but I believe in empowering my clients so that we can work together to find the best solution.

 

Tarot sessions are held over Zoom or US Phone. Please be assured that this is no less powerful than having an in-person reading. We do not have to be physically present in the same room, as time and distance do not affect the connection.
